HI Mrs. Pella-Donelly

Its Anais ffom your F period class i was wondering as i read about the dogs in Greenland and was wondering were they there to help you and your team? I was also wondering about how many birds were caught by each person during the exposition? Wow aren't you lucky to be one of the only science teachers in the U.S. to see and work with these birds! Last question was how much sleep did you and your team get while you were there

Hi Anais,The dogs were rented by the team as bear protection.  They were supposed to bark and become vicious if a bear was nearby.  Judging from the photos, I wonder how those loving dogs could become fierce.
I feel very lucky to have had this experience, and always will.  Make sure you take advantage of opportunities to do interesting things whenever you get the chance.
