Ms. Linsley, Congratulations on your arrival in Antarctica. My students and I are looking forward to following you and the Team.  What will your responsibilities be?

Thank you Mary and Dirk! Please feel free to post all of the questions you have here in this forum so others can see the questions and the answers.  There will also be a live broadcast out from here that will include the 2 scientists and myself.  Look for the announcement regarding when that will be sometime in the next 2 weeks.  As for my responsibilities, I am helping out with the collection of specimens and soil samples.  Most all of the tests and processing are conducted back at Texas A&M University.  The only tests that are run here are on micro toxicities. All of the results and analysis will not be available until later in the Spring of 2008.

cheers,
Ann Linsley
