What is the difference between the climate from where your at right now to the weather in San Francisco? What is Geoscience?

It's much colder. It's about 2 degrees C (34 F) right now. That'sprobably about 20 degrees F colder than San Francisco. However, it's
really foggy right now, which reminds me of San Francisco.
Geo means earth, so geoscience is the study of the earth. Geoscientists
look at rocks, soils, glaciers and sediments and think about the way the
earth has changed over millions of years.
