hi i'm kyle from St. Marks

I was wondering..

what life style adjustments do you need to make when you are on a ship for a long time?

Thanks

Hello, Kyle- thanks for the note! There's lots of great stuff going on here but I'd say the biggest adjustment is never being able to go more than 420 feet in any direction, and then only if I go from the bow to the stern! I've also never written on a daily basis so producing my journal every day has been a big adjustment. One more major adjustment is telling my body to go to sleep. It hasn't gotten totally dark the whole trip and now we're far enough north that the sun doesn't set. If I need to I can close a cover on my cabin's porthole. I usually don't do that but one night at about 11 pm a beam of sunlight was coming right into my bunk and I had to shut the cover.
