Thanks for the delightful introductions to the people you will be working and studying with in a couple weeks! It's really setting up a good story, I feel!

Will you be doing the same with your international collaborators once you arrive in Russia? Or is communication too challenging to do so?

I definitely hope to do a more thorough job of introducing the Russian and Japanese colleagues that will be working with us this year after we arrive in Russia.  Their pictures might end up being VERY SMALL, though!
