Hello Nicole,
Yes - it's almost time and yes - I'm very excited to go! I am looking forward to getting back to Antarctica; it is such a special place. I am also looking forward to seeing old friends. It's a bit funny to think about having to go to Antarctica to see friends! It seems to be the only place that our paths cross! Just so there is no confusion, nobody actually "lives" in Antarctica permanently. The friends I mention all live in other parts of the world (New Zealand, the US, England, etc), we just all happen to be in Antarctica at the same time so we see each other there!
