Hello Ms. Ellwood and Dr. Doran!

I know your trip to Antarctica is coming up in the fall of 2008 and you have done some research in the Dry Valleys before. What are both looking forward to on this upcoming trip? Anything you are not particularly looking forward to?

I am looking forward to reconnecting with the research team and gathering some more data! ! am also looking forward to checking out a transect line that we set up the last time I was there - i want to see what's been growing! I am not looking forward to the trans-continental and trans-pacific flights to get there!
