Hi Gerty! We are following your journey and think it is totally "cool" (no pun intended!) to be where you are! Many of the questions we thought about have already been addressed but we are wondering how the ship is heated and is it truly warm in your cabin? We will keep posted! Hello Sketches!Greetings from 75N, 150W.  Yes, our cabin is heated, to 16C.  We have individual "reheaters" if we want it warmer.  While the air temperatures are around freezing, it feels really cold only when the wind is blowing (which is quite often actually).  When the sun is out, we sunbathe! We wear a lot of clothes and have nice warm comforters on our beds.  And I have lots of layers to keep me warm.  So far the only part that has gotten really cold has been my hands-- when taking off my gloves in the wind to take pictures.
Thank you  for following along,
Gerty
