I think if i did my math correct you traveled 4,693 miles!

Hi! Good job with the math and nice that you realized to include the final boat trip from Prudhoe Bay back to Barrow. I thought I might catch someone as I didn't write the mileage directly on the boat trip graphics! If you were wondering why we zigged and zagged to Prudhoe, our original flight was to Prudhoe first, but due to weather conditions they flew us into Barrow. Once the fog finally cleared they flew us to Prudhoe.....to go back to Barrow on the research vessel! A round about way to get to both locations, but we got there eventually and met a lot of nice people along the way. Thanks for joining our expedition!
Take care-Lisa

Hi Lisa,I traveled from VT to Nome to meet the Professor Khromov to sail tomorrow, so I understand the long distances. It sounds like you're in the middle of a wonderful adventure. I remember how excited you were when we met at the workshop in Barrow in May. Good luck with the remainder of your Polar TREC experience!

you're on Jackie's boat! We saw her yesterday and helped her get her
things to the airport. I hear there's a bit of a delay with your
departure, hope everything works out so you can be off on your adventure
too! Weather has gone from bad to worse here in Barrow, so we stayed
onshore.
Take care, safe travels and I look forward to following your journals!
