I think that was a real polar bear do you?

Hi Manfred! The first sighting on the island we spent the night on theboat behind was definitely a polar bear. The second sighting...I
actually think was a polar bear too, but by the time everyone looked it
had dove into the white capped waves off the beach. Then there was the
polar bear that was seen right on our home campus. That was definitely
real and was described as a large skinny bear...not the kind you want to
see...a big, hungry bear, so we were always on the look out. Another
one swam into shore 2 nights ago and we heard they chased it down the
beach and away from NARL.
