Hi Allan and Ute - As a teacher in a NASA Explorer School, I signed up to receive emails pertaining to NASA news. I found out that astronaut Don Pettit has joined the team looking for meteorites in Antarctica. I think the team is based at McMurdo. Will you have a chance to talk with them about their work? Keep warm!! Sincerely, Laurie Sullivan in Arlington, Virginia.
