First, I am sorry that it has taken me so long to reply to your question but here goes.
I am great and the flags are very popular here on the Oden.  Regarding a photo of the crew, you can see some of them in the various photos that I have included in my journal posts.  Check out the penguin video on 12/13 because the 2 men in the video are crew members.
