Bon Voyage Mr. Peneston from the 7th grade at Rye Jr. High, NH!

We had two more questions for you. As you are about to head out on the Oden, a flat bottom ship, how will you avoid rolling out of bed during rough seas? We thought a hammock would be a good idea!

Also, which hat did you decide on? Or will we have to wait and see?

We'll be following along!

I had a great time talking with the 7th graders at Rye Jr. High.  It was the first time I had used Skype that way and it was fun.
I know that the beds on the Oden are fixed to the wall and I don't know how to stay in bed (or even sleep) if the ship starts to heal over at 30 degrees!
Regarding hats, I have at least 6 with me and I promise to wear each of them in a photo on the journal.  I still don't know what the penguins will think of that one hat.  We'll see....
take care and make memories,
Jeff Peneston
