I just wanted to commend you on all of your great answers to the students-I know it is part of your job but it means so much to them!  The students are gaining more interest daily with your communication.  Keep up the great pictures and videos.

Thank you for your kind words.  This is an adventure for me but the whole point of the PolarTREC process for me is to bring students into the action.  Real scientists relating to real kids in real time from real Antarctica!   I also hope that the students understood that the technical difficulties  were all part of being in such a remote location.  
Wait until the students see the video I am working on today that shows the seal team in action capturing seals on the ice.
