Noah,This is a great question with a surprising answer.  The Oden has huge fuel tanks and has only stopped for fuel once since it left Sweden at the end of October.  After crossing the Atlantic Ocean, Oden filled its tanks in Montevideo, Uruguay at the end of November.  At that time, Oden had over 3000 cubic yards of fuel.  This will be enough for it to go thousands of miles including over 400 miles of sea ice to get to McMurdo Station on the coast of Antarctica.  Then Oden will go all the way back to Uruguay at the end of February for more fuel on its way back to Sweden.  This mighty ship will go for 3 months without needing to refuel!  Take care, and thanks for all your support,
Jeff
