The tallest mountain in Antarctica is Vinson Massif at 4,897 meters tall.  You read more about it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinson_Massif 
The temperature in Antarctica in mid-November depends on what part of the continent you visit.  The sea ice covered Amundsen Sea where I will be is generally between minus 10 to plus 5 degrees C at the end of November.
