Hi Michele,Thanks for your kind wishes and words. I am spending my final day in Petropovlovsk and will be flying to Moscow tomorrow. Just 4 plane flights away from my family and I can't wait to see them. That has been the hardest part - leaving the field and then having to spend 6 days getting home feels like an eternity. Thankfully I have a good place to stay and a ride to the airport tomorrow - oh there will be plenty of stories to tell. :)
