The food here is delicious; there are two cooks at Palmer Station, Frances and Marcie. Each meal they prepare is a treat. Today for lunch I had a salad with avocado and tomato and a yummy grilled cheese sandwich. There is dessert each night; last night there was pumpkin pie AND chocolate cake. There are always many things to choose from and everything is GOOOOOOD.
