Hi Ms. Herrmann! I was talking with my parents about your journals and we all think they're amazing. My dad wants to know if you've been looking at the stars, especially the Southern Cross. I bet it's beautiful, and somehow it seems really cool that you see different stars than we do here. Hi from my mom as well! Mila

Hi Mila,Thanks for the note. I'm glad you are enjoying my journals. So far I haven't seen many stars at night and that's for two reasons: 1) it's been somewhat overcast many nights and 2) I am usually in bed by the time the sun goes down here (it doesn't go down until close to ten p.m.) I did see the Southern Cross in Punta Arenas, Chile and it was beautiful. I know what you mean about the stars in different hemispheres; I've always found that intriguing too. Tell your mom I said "hi back!"
