You probably already know but our interviews were on WPSU one morning. I didn't get to hear it, but both my parents and quite a few other people did. Yesterday I went into my mom's work all all her scientist friends (who all listen to NPR) thought it was so cool that I was on the radio. My parents were arguing about whose footsteps I was following in by wanting to go to Antarctica, my mom's or my dad's or your's. Is everyone at Palmer Station from America or have you met people from other countries? My mom said she would send you that article soon. Love, Maddy Nyblade

Hi Maddy,Thanks for the note! A couple of other folks have told me about the radio interview. I'm glad to hear that you said you'd like to be a polar scientist one day! :)
So far the only people I've met who aren't American are from the University of Lisbon in Portugal. I wrote about them in my 2-15-2012 journal. Check it out!
