Seawater Property Changes in the Southern Ocean

Hi Mr.Botella

   My name is Dangkhoi, khoi for short, I'm Mr.Wood's 6 period class. my Question is that when the boat is going towards the ice does the ice scratch the ship and does the penguin get hit.

Hi Khoi, thanks for your questions, they are very good. The ship does get
scratched by the ice. I am sure they will have to paint it soon. Penguins
and seals floating on the ice are very smart and move out of the way when
they see us. Penguins are more nervous and move away sooner. The seals tend
to stay in their float until the last moment.
