I want to thank you for this instructive blog. I am mot a scientist but I have learned a lot and I keep reading the journal.It's nice th have an idea of the mission and the daily life on bord of an expedition ship.
After holliday I will explain and show in my classroom the pictures of the ice stages, the ice bergs and the beautifull playground of april 11. I am sure they will love it.

Dear Claire, thanks for sending your comments. I am glad to hear you are enjoying the
expedition journal; it has been a lot of fun writing it. And I am glad you
will use some of the images with your students. I am sure Thomas will take
home a lot more images as well.
It has been a pleasure to sail with Thomas, even if he beats me
everytime we play ping pong.
