Everyone expected another snowday or at least a school delay here in Vermont today, but the snow didn't start until 7 am so the roads were very passable. The fruitfly test had already been postponed until Friday. That meant there was some time to explore Mr. Harris's Polartrec journal with the afternoon class today after finishing up the bacteria lab data gathering and prepping for the test.
So, when asked if anyone had any questions to ask of you - there was Connor saying, "Is it cold?" Someone else asked how are the (polar) bears? Someone else asked if you'll be ready to see that it is still wintery white back here in Vermont. We really didn't try to read all the journal entries, but did see the pictures you'd posted. Maybe there will be some more intelligent questions if they explore the website or have you back to tell more of the stories behind the pictures. I've scuba dived in Hawaii, it looks a little different in Alaska.
Everyone is ready for spring break. Hope you are, too.
