What kind of instoments are you using to analyze the soil

Hi Aidan,We are using Stable Isotope Probing, DNA and RNA analysis, a whole host of statistical analysis, and long bouts of centrifuge spinning.These methods allow us to see what is in the soil, in what quantity, and  how active they are.Be back in FLG soon.JK
