Hi my name is chris and i am a student at Pope John Paul II in Boca Raton and i am i currently taking a marine science class. How have you adjusted your eating and sleeping to survive in Antarctica? Was it hard to adapt to?

Hi Chris,The food intake is higher than normal. I sleep in a tent. In many ways this is not so hard to adapt to. The things that get to me are the 24hrs of sunlight. I never know what time it is and am usually shocked when I do check. Also the sun seems to move opposite of what we experience in the northern hemisphere so my navigation is way off. Thanks for the question.Justin
