Other than snowstorms and chilly wind, what kind of weather do you get down there? I'm not sure how the whole pressure and temperature would affect the weather. Do you ever get any severe storms like tornadoes or the others we can get up here?

Nothing like a tornado. You can get snow devils ( see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQ88OoBl2P0). But usually (other than on the coast) its sunny and windy or calm, cloudy and windy or calm, and anytime it's windy snow will be blowing. There is very little actual snowfall in Antarctica since it is an extremely dry desert. You get some snow along the coast but other than that it's very little.
