Hi Ms. Welch

Did you get tired sawing through ice? How many pieces did you cut?

Was it fun climbing to the top of the ship? We think that the Healy might be bigger than the Oyster building. We keep meaning to measure it. From your pictures, it sure seems taller. And your view is better.

We really like watching the videos and hearing your voices.

We miss you!

Hi Henry (and family)- I miss you tooooo!  Thanks for writing and for reading my journals!  Sawing through the ice IS hard work.  We took 8 cores in total and they each had to be sawed into at least 4 pieces- some more!  My arm was tired at the end!
Climbing to the top of the ship was amazing.  The whole ship is about 8 levels high so that makes it much taller than Oyster.  You really would have liked driving the boat.  The best part was watching it cut through the ice!
I will keep the videos coming and try to send in a talking journal or two instead of just writing!
