Winter Sampling

Well I have a question, How cold does it get? I mean you guys must get really cold. I'm doing an article on one of your journal entries. My name is Lei-Ann Im in Mrs. Drurys class in Medomak Middle School. Her sister-in-law works on the healy. well Hope you answer my question, goodbye (:

Excellent! I am so glad your class is following along! The Healy is a GREAT ship and the Crew has been wonderful! It has been VERY cold. The coldest wind chill temperature was -40. At -40 it is super cool because the Fahrenheit temperature equals the Celsius temperature. Check out my journal from November 21st! The Crew and the Science team were issued extreme cold weather gear to use when we go outside to help protect us from the cold!
