The most exciting thing was probably seeing the sky...I am a sky watcher andLOVED the sunrises and sunsets and the views of the sun low on the horizon when we were in the ice. Hearing Healy break through the ice was an incredible sound that you could also feel. Of course learning new and interesting things is always exciting!
