Interesting questions...I do have PolarTREC friends from the beginning of me applying for the program that I have maintained connections with over the years. My good friend Lollay Garay was a PolarTREC teacher and she is one person who encouraged me to apply for this experience! : ) I am hoping to make good connections with the team members I will work with on the ship!
