Teacher Ale Martinez and the Phenology and Vegetation in the Warming Arctic 2019 Research Team broadcast live from Toolik Field Station on Tuesday, 25 June 2019. The team is studying environmental variability and increased temperature on tundra plant phenology, growth, species composition and ecosystem function. In case you missed it, you can now watch the archive of the PolarConnect event with Allyson Woodard and the Permafrost and Community Team. This event was broadcast live from the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in Portland, Oregon. Drs. Santosh Panda and Alexander Kholodov from the University of Alaska joined Allyson to discuss last summer's field season working in the Alaskan village of Telida.
