This PolarConnect event with PolarTREC Teacher Bill Schmoker working onboard the US Coast Guard Cutter Healy was held with Centennial Middle School in Colorado. This event was closed to the public and does not have a Wimba archive.

This PolarConnect Event was held on 19 August 2010 with PolarTREC Teacher, Jim Pottinger, Nicolas Bayou (PhD Student at CIRES University of Colorado at Boulder), Katrine Gordham (Science Project Manager with Polar Field Services), John Augustine (NOAA), and Ken Jensen (Station Manager, CH2MHILL). They talked about living and working at Summit Station, including information about the Automatic Weather Station project

This PolarConnect event was held on 16 August 2010, and included Keri Rodgers and members of the ITEX research team studying tundra plant changes in response to a warming climate in the arctic. The research team worked in Barrow and Atqasuk, Alaska. This event was conducted in English and Spanish, and was the first bilingual PolarConnect event.

Live event with Gary Wesche and the CReSIS team about aerial survey work at Byrd Camp, Antarctica. Event was a repeat event from 7 January.

Live from IPY! event with researcher Heidi Roop and other members of the ice coring team at WAIS Divide Camp, Antarctica. The presentation focused on project and the mechanics and science of ice coring.

Live event with PolarTREC teacher Gary Wesche and members of the CReSIS Team from Byrd Camp, Antarctica. Presentation about the science being conducted from the camp and introduction to POLENET.

LIPY event with Sarah Diers and the rest of the DOM team. Event focused on the science and how samples are processed. Team participated from McMurdo, Antarctica.

Live from IPY event with PT Gary Wesche and members of the CReSIS team. The team called in from Byrd Camp on the West Antarctic Ice Sheet to talk about their aerial surveys as well as what it's like to be in Antarctica.

This was a real-time event with PolarTREC teacher Casey O'Hara being broadcast from the South Pole Station, Antarctica. Casey presented on the IceCube telescope project and covered a bit about life at the South Pole station.

Live event with PT Sarah Diers and the DOM team based in Antarctica. Event featured an overview of DOM research and life in the field.
