AFTER ICE is a short film that explores how the glacial landscapes of the Hornafjörður region of Southeast Iceland are being affected by climate change. The film features images from the 1940s and 1980s that were painstakingly reconstructed in 3D and overlaid with current-day drone footage to show how greenhouse gas emissions are causing glaciers on the south coast of Iceland to retreat by tens and sometimes hundreds of meters every year.

AFTER ICE was produced by Þorvarður Árnason and Kieran Baxter, written and narrated by M Jackson.
