This is a K-12 Science, Math, and GIT (Geospacial Information Technology) curriculum project currently being field-tested by 4 Bering Sea School districts. It includes sets of parallel lessons for 3 age groups on mapping and tsunami related science concepts. Lessons integrate Native Ways of Knowing and are aligned with standards. Scientists and government officials provide expertise, data, and mentoring for the project. The website includes multimedia resources, maps, and satellite imagery for students, an "Ask a Scientist" Page, and a Career Corner.
